In Team and Enterprise plans, it’s easy to collaborate with other members of your account. Let your members share ideas and skills to save you time and effort.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to:

  • Share Zaps
  • Share app connections
  • Share folders
  • Control which apps are used

Share Zaps

Build and edit Zaps together with other members of your account by sharing your Zaps. Or, duplicate your Zap so others can tailor it to their own needs. You can also share a template of your Zap with any Zapier user inside or outside your account.

If you want someone else to manage your Zap, change ownership of the Zap. And if someone leaves your organization, account admins and owners can transfer ownership of their Zaps to ensure your business-critical workflows keep running.

Share app connections

You can also share app connections with members of your account so they can use them in Zaps without needing your login credentials. If someone leaves your organization, account admins and owners can update their connected app accounts to ensure your business-critical workflows keep running.

Share folders

Create shared folders to organize your Zaps together with specific users or departments in your organization. Then, share folders with additional members or specific teams in your account at any time.

Control which apps are used

Easily control which apps your account members can connect to Zapier. You can use either:

  • A restrict list, which lets members use any app on Zapier except for the ones you prohibit.
  • An allow list, which lets members only use apps that you approve them to use.
