Share assets
Build and edit assets together with other members of your account. Learn how to manage your assets:
- Share so other cans collaborate on your asset.
- Share a Zap template so others can start building from your Zap outline.
- Duplicate your asset so others can tailor your full setup to their own needs.
- Change ownership of the asset so another member of your account can manage it.
If someone leaves your organization, account admins and owners can also transfer ownership of their Zaps to ensure your business-critical workflows keep running.
Share app connections
You can also share app connections with members of your account so they can use them in Zaps without needing your login credentials. If someone leaves your organization, account admins and owners can update their connected app accounts to ensure your business-critical workflows keep running.
Share folders
Create shared folders to organize your assets together with specific users or departments in your organization. You can share folders with additional members or specific teams in your account at any time.
Control which apps are used

Easily control which apps your account members can connect to Zapier. You can use either:
- A restrict list, which lets members use any app on Zapier except for the ones you prohibit.
- An allow list, which lets members only use apps that you approve them to use.
