Frequently asked questions
What happens if I downgrade my Zapier account during the limited-time offer?
Zaps that use Google Ads will still be eligible for the offer. All other Zaps that do not use Google Ads will be subject to your new plan limits.
What happens to my Zaps if I use all of my tasks during a billing cycle?
During the limited-time offer, steps that use the Google Ads app will not count towards your task usage, regardless of your Zapier plan. If you run out of tasks during a billing cycle during this period:
- Zaps that use a Google Ads trigger will continue running all action steps.
- Zaps that only use Google Ads actions will run the Google Ads action step only if it is the first step in the Zap. Any later Google Ads action steps in the Zap, and all other action steps will be held.
- If your Zap only uses Google Ads actions, the Zap will:
- Run a Google Ads action step if it is the first step in the Zap and any subsequent Google Ads action steps that follow directly afterward.
- Not run action steps that use any other app.
- Not run Google Ads action steps that come after an action step that uses any other app.
- If your Zap does not include a Google Ads step, all action steps will be held.
- All other plan limits, including rate limits, still apply during this period
