Zapier credits expire one year after they are added to the account. If there are credits on your account, Zapier will use them before charging your payment method.
Where can I view my credits?
You can see available credits in two locations:
- In the Account credit section of your Billing settings tab. This section is only displayed when you have credits. Credits here are displayed in dollars, with exchange rate information below, if your account uses a different currency.
- As a line item in your latest Zapier invoice on the Billing and usage page. The credits are always displayed in the same currency you use to pay for your Zapier account.
