Zapier Forms pages and forms can be shared publicly using the page URL and can be embedded into websites. By default, forms are visible to anyone with the public URL.
Share by URL

To get the public sharing URL for a form:
- From any page, click Share.
- In the dialog box, right-click and copy the URL to your clipboard.
Embed a form on another site

You can embed any page of your form project in another website:
- From any page, click Share.
- Click the Embed tab.
- From the dropdown menu, select the page to embed.
- You can change the height and width of the embed code, and you can decide if you want to include the page background.
- Select the Code Snippet Type from the dropdown menu.
- Click <> Copy embed to copy the code to your clipboard.
If the app where you want to embed your form page does not accept script HTML tags (such as Coda), you can select the iframe option from the Code Snippet Type dropdown menu.
Forms with restricted access cannot be embedded. You can update access options in the settings.
Restrict domains that can use the page

You can ensure a page is only used on your target website by restricting the domains that can use it. To do so:
- From the form page, click the Share button.
- A sidebar will open. Click the Embed tab.
- Click the Restrict domains toggle to turn it on. A new text field will appear.
- Paste or type the addresses in the Allowed domains text field. Separate each domain with a comma.
- The domains should not include the protocol (such as
http://orhttps://) or path (such as/example/path).
