About Air's app
|Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported?||Cloud-hosted accounts only|
|Is a paid Air plan required?||Yes||API access is only available on the Enterprise plan. Users will receive a 403 "Forbidden" response if they attempt to access our API without authorization.

|Are any special account permissions required?||Yes||Only "Admin" users are allowed to access the API.|
|Are there usage limits?||Yes||All requests made under a given API key will be limited to 15 requests per second, with a total of 10 concurrent requests allowed at a given time. If either of these limitations are exceeded, the API will respond with a 429 status code.
