Is a paid Air plan required? | Yes | API access is only available on the Enterprise plan. Users will receive a 403 "Forbidden" response if they attempt to access our API without authorization. View Air's plans. |
Are any special account permissions required? | Yes | Only "Admin" users are allowed to access the API. |
Are there usage limits? | Yes | All requests made under a given API key will be limited to 15 requests per second, with a total of 10 concurrent requests allowed at a given time. If either of these limitations are exceeded, the API will respond with a 429 status code. Learn more about Air's usage limits. |
