About Air's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only  
Is a paid Air plan required? Yes
  • API access is only available on the Enterprise plan. Users will receive a 403 "Forbidden" response if they attempt to access our API without authorization.

Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • Only "Admin" users are allowed to access the API.
Are there usage limits? Yes
  • All requests made under a given API key will be limited to 15 requests per second, with a total of 10 concurrent requests allowed at a given time. If either of these limitations are exceeded, the API will respond with a 429 status code.

Are there pagination limits? Yes
  • Endpoints will return a maximum of 500 records if no limit is supplied.
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes  
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Overwrite existing data
