How to get started with Jobma on Zapier

Connect to Jobma on Zapier

Jobma uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  1. Login to Jobma.
  2. From the left menu, go to Integration.
  3. Scroll down to find Zapier.
  4. Click the Zapier card.
  5. Copy the API key to your clipboard.

About Jobma's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only  
Is a paid Jobma plan required? Yes
  • You'll need to be on either an Essential, Professional, or Enterprise Jobma plan.
  • View Jobma's plans.
Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • Admins are allowed to revoke or grant access to Integrations for their associated sub-accounts.
Are there usage limits? No  
Are there pagination limits? Yes
  • The GET request to fetch the different available interview kits has a default limit of 10 interview kits per request.
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Generic trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? No  
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Append to existing data
