How to get started with HappyDesk on Zapier

Connect to HappyDesk on Zapier

HappyDesk uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • Subdomain API Key

Additional authentication instructions

  1. Log into your APP account.
  2. Click Settings from the left menu.
  3. Click Integrations.
  4. Click Zapier.
  5. Click Create an API key.
  6. Copy the API key to your clipboard.

  • You must have Manage Integration permissions.
  • If you don't have the required permission, you'll get an error code 401 with the message "Your request was made with invalid credentials."
