Fix “Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off” errors in Zaps

You may see the following error in your Zap history:

Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution.

You’ll see this error in Zap runs in your Zap history. This can happen for a few different reasons, including:

• You turned the Zap off while it was running.
• The Zap errored too many times and was turned off while it was running.

To fix this:

• Review any errors for this Zap in your Zap history, then fix those errors.
• Turn the Zap back on.
