Nteraction uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

About Nteraction's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only If you have access to multiple tenants, after logging in, you will be asked to select the Nteraction tenant you wish to connect to Zapier. Nteraction only supports one tenant per Zapier connection. To move your connection to a new tenant, reconnect in Zapier and select the new tenant after login.

Is a paid Nteraction plan required? No All plan types support Zapier integration. Users on the Starter plan must first contact Nteraction to activate the integration.

Are any special account permissions required? Yes Any Nteraction user type can connect to zapier. The functionalities available are restricted by user type, and reflects native Nteraction rights for that user.

Are there usage limits? Yes Usage limits are dictated by the Nteraction plan type. For example, a Premium plan limits the number of opens per month per user. Refer to the Nteraction plan and pricing page for more details.

Are there pagination limits? No  
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Generic trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes Custom fields are available for Contacts only, and are created in a tenant upon written request to your Nteraction Success Representative. Once a custom field is created in Nteraction, it's available in Contact zaps.
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Overwrite existing data Create Contact (if attempting to create an existing contact) and Update Contact overwrite existing contact information.
Is there any additional info? Yes Full Nteraction documentation is available in our knowledge base. This covers a variety of important, relevant, information such as user types, understanding the difference between the send types (normal, bulk, external) and the statistics that are captured on Nteraction. Nteraction throttles API requests, but this should not impact Zapier integrations. If you experience a degradation in performance with a high volume of calls, please contact Nteraction support.
