About DenGro's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Both self- and cloud-hosted accounts  
Is a paid DenGro plan required? Yes To connect Zapier within our web app, users are required to subscribe to our 'Pro' plan.

Are any special account permissions required? Yes Users must have the 'Manager' or 'Integrator' role within DenGro to access the Zapier integrations. If a user does not have these roles, then the integrations page as a whole is not available.
Are there usage limits? Yes DenGro throttles its endpoint on an IP basis: to 20 requests per minute/per IP address. No error messages are provided.
Are there pagination limits? No  
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Generic trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes We allow users to create multiple 'additional information' fields that will be sent across in a key/value format to DenGro.
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Not applicable
