How to get started with VoiceSpin on Zapier

Connect to VoiceSpin on Zapier

VoiceSpin uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • Customer ID
  • API token

Optional authentication fields

  • None

Additional authentication instructions

  1. Log into the VoiceSpin portal interface.
  2. In the top right, click the account name dropdown.
  3. Select User Details.
  4. Click Re-generate to reset your API Token.
  5. Copy your CustomerID and API Token.

Is a paid VoiceSpin plan required? Yes You must have a basic VoiceSpin plan.

Are there usage limits? Yes You can make a maximum of 10 API requests per second from the same IP address. If you exceed this limit, you'll receive a 429 error code.

Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Not applicable

Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Append to existing data  
Is there any additional info? Yes VoiceSpin's PBX is behind a firewall due to security reasons. Every call center works with fixed IP addresses. To use the Make Call action, you must be able to open VoiceSpin's agent panel in your browser.
