Community uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

About Community's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only  
Is a paid Community plan required? Yes  
Are any special account permissions required? Yes All seats with full access already have the Zapier User role, on qualifying plans. If a seat without access attempts to connect Zapier to their Community Account - they will get an error message.

Are there usage limits? Yes There's a limit on the number of members that can be onboarded through Zapier before we validate TCPA compliance. There's a daily limit of 100 new members that can be imported, and a general global limit of 300. If the daily limit of new members is reached, new import requests will be dropped, and no further members will be imported. If the global limit is reached as well, then no further member will be imported. On the first member that is imported, Community staff will be notified, to decide if it should validate TCPA compliance and either approve or deny full access to this feature - which will remove the limits above.
