Connect to OwnerRez on Zapier

OwnerRez uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  • Log into your OwnerRez account.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

About OwnerRez's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only  
Is a paid OwnerRez plan required? Yes You must have a subscription for a minimum of one property in OwnerRez. No premium add-ons are required to use Zapier.

Are any special account permissions required? Yes

You must be an account owner in OwnerRez. If you are not an owner, you'll see the following error:

HTTP 302 to the redirect URL with the query "?error=access_denied&error_description=Non-owner users can't grant access."
Are there usage limits? Yes

You can make up to 300 requests per IP address within a 5 minute window. If you make more requests, you'll see the following error:

HTTP 429

Are there pagination limits? No  
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes Custom fields must first be created in OwnerRez, but then you can set or clear them using Zapier.
