How to get started with Loyverse

Connect to Loyverse on Zapier

Loyverse uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  • Log into Loyverse to authenticate.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

About Loyverse's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only  
Is a paid Loyverse plan required? Yes
  • Customer needs to subscribe "Integrations" plan. If they don't subscribe and try to use API, they will see "402 PAYMENT_REQUIRED The subscription of account has lapsed" error.

Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • Only "Owner" account can use API/Integrations.

Are there usage limits? Yes
  • The current limit is 300 requests per 300 sec per account. All requests that are made after rate limits have been exceeded are throttled and an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests error is returned.

Are there pagination limits? Yes
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? No  
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Overwrite existing data  
Is there any additional info? Yes
  • Item stock information can be received using the "Inventory update" trigger.
