How to get started with Weworkbook on Zapier

Connect to Weworkbook on Zapier

Weworkbook uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier. 

Required authentication fields

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

Additional authentication instructions

To create your Client ID (APP ID) and Client Secret, you will need to create a new app for your Zapier connection in Weworkbook.

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Both self- and cloud-hosted accounts  
Is a paid Weworkbook plan required? Yes
  • You must have an Integrate or Enterprise license.
  • View Weworkbook’s plans.
Are any special account permissions required? No  
Are there usage limits? No  
Are there pagination limits? Yes
  • 1000 is the default limit for all GET requests.

Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples
  • Triggers will use your last transaction data.
Are custom fields supported? Yes
  • Student information has custom fields. In Weworkbook, they appear in the People page.

  • Update actions will update existing data and add audit log entries.
