How to get started with Calendesk on Zapier

Connect to Calendesk on Zapier

Calendesk uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Additional authentication instructions

  1. Sign in to Calendesk Admin Panel
  2. Click Integrations from the main menu.
  3. Select Account Integrations and scroll to API.
  4. Select API and click Generate API Key.
  5. Copy the tenant name and the API key to your clipboard.

  • Only admins can use this integration. You need to use the main admin account to generate the API key or add an employee (another user) with Admin permissions.

  • The standard limit is 600 requests/second.
