How to get started with Skool on Zapier

Skool and Zapier connect to automate your community. You can trigger actions when new paid members join and invite members or unlock courses.

Prerequisites

To use the Skool app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect Skool to Zapier

To create an app connection to Skool on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Skool.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  • Complete the following fields:
    • Skool group API key: Enter your Skool group API key.
    • Skool group URL: Enter your Skool group URL.
  • Click Yes, Continue to Skool.

Your Skool account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Triggers
  • Answered Membership Questions (Polling) - Triggers when a potential member has submitted answers to group membership questions.
  • New Paid Member (Polling) - Triggers when a new member successfully completes payment and joins the group.
Searches
  • No search actions are available for this app.
Actions
  • Invite Member - Invites a Member to your group (requires Email Address)
  • Unlock Course for Member - Unlocks a given course for a specific member in your group (requires Email Address)

Limitations

  • The Zapier integration is only available on the Pro plan and not on the Hobby plan.
