Is a paid Jibble plan required? No Triggers and actions associated with paid features in Jibble require the appropriate plan. For example, use of client and project entity triggers and actions are only available with a Jibble premium or ultimate plan.

Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes You can use custom values with people and group triggers if they were added in Jibble via the public API. For example: "List People", "New Person", "New or Update Group", etc.
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Overwrite existing data All update actions update entities by ID
Is there any additional info? Yes Jibble’s integration page lists apps that you can use wtih Jibble on Zapier.
